Disclaimer: I'm just an average guy...
Here's what I think anyway... Well, believe it or not, hurricane-predicting meteorologists have gotten it wrong again. They predicted a big year last year, but it stayed pretty quiet. Now they are "revising" their original outlook from this year because they're just plain wrong again.
And the reason for the calm season? "Because the ocean temperatures have not yet rebounded from the significant drop in late spring..."
These people couldn't even predict the temperature of the ocean in the year that it was supposed to happen! And we're supposed to believe their sensational claims about man-made global warming, with their 50 or 100-year atmospheric temperature models?
