Secluded From Justice

Well, it looks like liberal judges are creating new and exciting precedents to protect despicable sex offenders.  In this case, a jury found Mitchell D. Pask (repeat sex offender) guilty of felony child enticement after he was arrested for trying to "lure a 9-year-old girl into a park shelter."  Then, only minutes after the jury delivered the verdict, judge Timothy Van Akkeren dismissed the case, ruling that a park shelter is not secluded enough for Pask to have sexual contact with the girl.

I bet it would have been secluded enough for him had he succeeded in getting the girl in there.
