Here's what I think anyway... Here are a couple of new pieces of info regarding the blog I posted yesterday "Perhaps the Most Awful News I've Ever Heard."

1. A Vai translator was sworn into court the morning the case was dismissed, even though it was dismissed for taking too long to find a translator and violating the defendant's right to a speedy trial.
2. (and most egregious) The defendant waived his right to a speedy trial early in the proceedings so that the defense could perform their own DNA tests on the samples.
And a child rapist walks free...
