Disclaimer: I'm just an average guy...
Here's what I think anyway... Since Senator John McCain is having such a hard time raising money, and he's tossing out his Presidential campaign employees like cargo from a sinking ship, I thought I would offer him a piece of free advice...
Senator, it's over. It's not your campaign director or finance chief... it's you. You're the problem. You've worked too hard for too long to endear yourself to liberals and the liberal press, and you've left us behind. You've taken maverick positions on important issues, and you've left us behind. You're now standing firm in your convictions on legislation we don't want (i.e. amnesty for illegal aliens), and you're continuing to leave us behind.
We'd rather have someone who will listen to us, and bring us along in the process. Enjoy the rest of your career in the Senate, because if we have anything to say about it, that's the highest office you're ever gonna hold.
So save your money... And save your breath...
