Benevolence, Not Governance

Disclaimer: I'm just an average guy with an above average interest in news and politics. But hey, here's what I think anyway…

What I think…
Well I doubt you'll hear much about this from the mainstream media types, but Americans set a record last year by giving almost $300 BILLION to charity. That's almost a thousand bucks for every man, woman, and child in this country. I say we keep a good thing going. Why don't we cut taxes, get rid of all these unnecessary government handouts, and let the benevolence of the American people and private charities do the work in a much more efficient and loving manner.

Capitalism wins again...
